i got this business rifle in a trade back in january. took it hunting this year and on my 3rd outing i took this little doe. she was about 60 yards came out in the last few minuets of day light facing me straight on. i put the blade front site on her neck and when she turned broad side and i seen her shoulder in my sites i let her have it. the bullet went clean through her. my load: 405 grain hollow base bullet cast from a lee mould of dead soft plumbers lead. lubed with my home brew of bees wax fresh from the hive (i know a bee keeper) and tallow 65 grains of 3f goex in remington cases and lite off with federal large magnum match primers
