Wonderful old Sharps - note tang site with peep, elevation adjustable only, common on buffalo range.
From a collection shown at auction, provenance to buffalo fields, powder horn, small can of black powder and small mold look out of place. But, many other wonderful items. Sharps mold, what appear to be .50 (short) paper patch cartridges, neat tang site with peep, GREAT rifle that someone thought enough of to build a special box for, lead melting apparatus, cartridge belts with straps for shoulder support, just a great great collection.
